Gary Looney, President
Gary Looney is a graduate of Sonoma State University with a business degree in Administration. He started employment with Transworld Systems in 1978. In 1982 he was promoted to divisional Vice President of National Operations for the Transworld Systems subsidiary Credit Management Services. Here he was in charge of 18 regional offices throughout the United States. In 1988 Gary left to become president of Collectronics Inc. In 2000 Collectronics Inc. merged with Collectronics. He remains president today. Gary is a faculty member of LORIMAR in providing educational services to the Collections industry. He is actively involved with various trade associations including the California Association of Collections. He has also been Secretary and Vice President with the American Collections Association.
